In my opinion, for a residential kitchen there are only three materials to use.

Plywood comes first. Boiler board is the third HD HMR.

You can use the HDHMR board exclusively if you want termite protection.

There are two types of fittings: rough and tough and soft close. 

The type of fitting depends on the client’s needs; if he wants his kitchen to be softer or will use the kitchen draw front, he can use the software close settings. 

The main distinction between rough and tough and soft close is that the former produces noise as it approaches, while the latter does not.

In uses for future rough and tough is best fitting and in softclose you have to change it on completion of 3000 cycles.

Design aspect 

Whenever a technician visit the site he decided in its mind what is going to be made in that kitchen and what the fittings said to be used as were the uses of the client. 

Technician and the client has to decide before making a Kitchen in planning phase that what fittings he is going to be used what what is the use of any boxes is going to be made or car cases to be made or where he has to be installed the upper car cases.

Designer specs is a major part of deciding a cost of a modular kitchen.

Then your kitchen calculation will be take place like this 10 + 8 equal to 18 * 3 + 3 equal to 18 * 6 =108 square feet

Now in market the starting rate for making a modular kitchen is 1250 ,1450, 1650 ,1850 ,2150, 2300 ,2600, 2800 and the last 3200.

Let’s assume your kitchen square feet is 50 square feet now we are using a basic kitchen calculation. 

Now we multiply 48 with 1250 equal to 60050. 

It is the cost of cabinet lower and upper both with fittings 

Now we need the post office Store ton will be come in around 12000 

Tile work Tile work will be done in around 8000 both upper lower and behind the box.
